At Upslant Ltd, we are passionate about empowering individuals to become effective leaders and better human beings through personalized coaching and outdoor experiences. Our team is dedicated to helping you achieve your leadership goals and develop a strong connection with people. We do this using human connection and the powers of nature.
We also support people getting in to paid employment, and dedicate time to support men's mental health charities and events.

Upslant recognises the ups and downs we go through in life, but seeks to work with you to ensure you're always on that upward trajectory overall. Upslant focuses on leading with meaning, working better with people through improved understanding and interpersonal skills. AI cannot replace human connection.
Learning opportunities can be delivered in groups to assist organisations with impactful and lasting change and support delivery of high performing teams.
Our activities can be delivered remotely, F2F and where possible using the outdoors.
